Every good renovation starts with a clean, controlled strip-out. Valterra removes old kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and non-load-bearing partitions, then prepares and cleans the substrates so the build phase can begin on a sound base. Most apartment strip-outs take one to three days.
Controlled, not destructive
We protect the parts of the property that stay, isolate services safely before removal, and coordinate skip hire and debris disposal so waste leaves the site cleanly — important in apartment buildings with shared stairwells and VvE rules.
