Valterra does not directly perform the following scopes, which require certified Dutch trade licences: load-bearing structural changes, gas installations, full rewiring, fuse-box (meterkast) replacement, foundation work, roof work, HVAC systems, permit (vergunning) handling, and structural engineering.
